"Advertised pool, gym, and exercise classes DO NOT exist. Property is not in a convenient location. I was stuck in my room with no facilities to use while my partner was at work. You ‘Wotif’ refused to help even though the manager was helping until he saw my booking was through you. I only stayed for part of my booking and moved to a great hotel with advertised facilities that DID exist. "

"This was a great hotel for our stay. It was walkable to transportation and dining. The room was spacious and the beds were moderately comfortable. We had a very large window with a great view. It was less than ten minutes from the airport. They offered us a free ride to the airport. "

"The room itself smelt musty like it hadn't been aired for some time. Turning the AC on before us entering made it worse. The main bedroom was clean enough. The bathroom hadn't been done and we needed a new toilet seat as there were stains left on it. We seemed to be the only people staying in our set of rooms so it was quiet. There was no food being prepared and there was nowhere to get food nearby. We overheard a couple getting a taxi into town which was going to cost 250thb for 1 way."

"The room was very dirty. There was soap and hair jammed in the bathroom sink., mould on the tiles in the shower and hair on the bedroom floor. On the second day we had to ask twice for the room to be cleaned but after the room was in the same condition with only the new water bottles and that area cleaned. "There is a lounge singer and kareoke every night 6 to 8 pm. It seems that local people come for dinner a kareoke. Staff dint speak too much English but friendly and helpful. They have free " mini bar", which is great but of course it is all non alcoholic beverages. Soy milk ice tea. Hot breakfast is great and substantial. Most most days we just ate breafast and evening meal with just a few nuts during the day "
