"The room was clean and comfortable. Our housekeeping lady was very friendly and always kept the room clean. The pool was nice and warm. The bar was a nice to have but the bar tender was always grumpy. The hotel was very nice and the beach was amazing."

We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website.
