The staff at the Oasis are wonderful! WE had the best time in a beautiful hotel and enjoyed every minute on the stunning beach at Grace Bay! It is the perfect to rest and recharge.

Our stay at Oasis was fantastic! Perfect combo of Grace Bay activity but private boutique style stay. The pool and lounge area is beautiful and relaxing! Great place to stay! Really is like a little oasis. The restaurant is really good, a little pricey but very good food. Had a wonderful long golf cart to take us to and from the beach so it was so easy to get there. Staff were super friendly and always ready to help you. Would for sure stay there again!

As soon as we arrived to the hotel the staff was beyond welcoming — They upgraded our room without asking, the room was beautiful, clean and modern - everyday housekeeping - good amenities with 2 pools the spa was great —-the food was good not the best could be improved but mostly the service was beyond impeccable from front desk to housekeeping everyone was happy and seemed to love their jobs — with any inquiry or modification we had, they went above and beyond - airport shuttle service and shuttle to the beach is a great add on— I would highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back

This is the best place in the world. So clean, so hospitable, staff are amazing! This was our second time here and we brought first timer friends with us. We all had an amazing time! We will definitely be coming back!

From the beginning booking and asking questions, responded to everything, very easy, once we arrived IVINO checked us in and showed us to the room and all features, after that we enjoyed how peaceful and beautiful this place is , the restaurant was very good, going to beach was a breeze with their shuttle , this is one of the best hotels i stayed at , i would highly recommend and would stay here again if i return

We were treated like family, and our two-year-old son had a wonderful time during our stay. Even a month later, he still talks about the staff by name! I cannot thank the entire team enough, especially Nev—everyone was phenomenal. We truly hope to come back and see them again soon.

My husband and I absolutely loved this place! The amenities are great! Whoever thought to add beach bags were genius bc I never pack a beach bag on vacation. Friendly staff, just such a great space. I had an amazing stay at this hotel while celebrating my birthday in Turks and Caicos! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They truly made my birthday trip feel special and made my entire stay so pleasant and relaxing. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I really appreciated how attentive everyone was. My stay at The Oasis at Grace Bay was absolutely wonderful! The staff were warm, hospitable, and very accommodating. I was first greeted by Diana, who pronounced my French name flawlessly and offered me a refreshing rum punch upon my arrival. She even helped arrange a room change for me because I wasn’t thrilled with the logistics of my first room. Everything about your stay at this hotel is well coordinated, from the digital PIN used in place of a key card to the beach shuttles, towels, chairs, and umbrellas. They will even arrange transportation for you around the island and back to the airport. I had a fabulous time there and only wish my stay had been a bit longer!
