"The hotel rate was fairly high for out of season and we were disappointed by a few things. The bed was very uncomfortable- like a piece of wood. The hotel advertises a pool and sauna, but it is open for only two hours a day and we had to request they let us in and turn it on. The restaurant, although it has friendly staff, does not serve good food and the ambiance is terrible."

We arrived at 23:30 to be met by Gabrielle, who even at that hour, was so welcoming & friendly. The apartment we stayed in was beautifully modernised with everything you need...from a fabulous rainfall shower to a beautiful bedroom with it's own balcony....and free WIFI that actually works!
We asked many locals whilst wandering around Piestany where they would recommend for food, the answer was always the same...The Zuckman! We agree, everything we tasted was a pleasure to eat...and as for the...

Nice hotel, clean, great location, few mins walk from city centre. Staff very polite and friendly.
We stayed in the suite which is their most expensive room but was surprised we had to pay extra to use the saunas, this should have been included.
Also the breakfast choice was limited and with not a lot of choices, especially for vegans/vegetarians or like my mrs for dairy/lactose intolerant. We went at 9.30am one day and there was pretty much nothing left(other than bread)
Overall we would...

Hidden gem. Very nice clean hotel with friendly staff. It's on city center but I can ask them for parking if needed. Everything is well maintained. AC works well, sauna is hot, outside is quiet.
