Everyone here was so lovely! The air conditioning was broken and they were very apologetic. The staff are helpful and friendly and kind. They helped with all kinds of things! I was able to check in early, they hung onto my bags when I had to wait for my train so I could go out and see more of the lovely town. They had good dining recommendations. The location is great & they have a beautiful outdoor seating area where you can get a drink. Breakfast is simple, but filling! Would stay again!

Pekny butikovy hotel s priemernymi sluzbami

Boli sme tu ubytovani druhykrat. Teraz, po pandemii, to tu bolo trochu horsie. Izba fajn, velka, personal mily, no hotelu chyba jasne manazovanie. Bez restauracie je to tu trochu smutne a nie su vyuzite krasne zatravnene terasy za hotelom. Tu uteka hotelu jasny biznis. Ranajky nehodne 4****, prejavuje sa cost-saving, vyber mensi, to by az tak nevadilo, ale slabe doplnanie, na kaiserku bolo treba cakat dlhe minuty (ze sa pecie), no nedockali sme sa. Ak sa parky minuli, raz ich doplnili, inokedy nie. Jogurty raz boli, potom zasa nie. Co-kto kupil, to bolo. Kavovar raz zbalili uz o 9.45h, potom sa zasa 2x pokazil a kava zo stroja za barom nebola celkom OK (zanedbane cistenie?). Udrzba v hoteli tiez trpi absentujucim manazmentom - napr. odtok v umyvadle bol tiez upchaty. Pozitiva: velmi mila a ustretova, povedal by som bezchybna, pani chyzna, tiez pani recepcna (blond), ktora nas ubytovavala, ostatni ako-tak, mali by sa viac usmievat, mladi ludia, no velmi vazni, nie su vhodni pre styk so zakaznikom kdekolvek. Ano, problem so staff je velky, su to casto brigadnici, no aj tak. Vazne tvare nepatria do hoteloveho businessu, ale do archivu (mesta Bojnice). Bojnice: krasne a pribudaju nove veci, co ma tesi. Treba konecne upravit priestor pred kupaliskom (parking ap.), toto tam tak bolo aj minule. To uz nie je vec hotela, samozrejme. Celkovo: perfektny rodinny takmer 5-dnovy pobyt. Milos, Kosice

Boli sme veľmi spokojní. Hotel je pekný, čistý a má peknú záhradu, kde sme ráno na slniečku pili kávu. Služby fajn. Vybavenie veľmi dobre. Poloha - blízko centra, všade sme sa dostali peši, zámok, kúpele, ZOO.... Problém je len parkovanie. Pre hotel sú 4 miesta, inak za poplatok v podzemí.
