"I have been to 26 countries and have stayed at many hotels. I must say that at Kaliwa, staff go out of the way to make sure the guests feel like home. Tanzanian people are super kind and honest, and this hotel has the best of the best. Specially Kami, thanks for all you did for us. We miss you already !"

"The hotel is lovely and well situated. Beautiful location. Only downside was the cost and our wake up call being 10 minutes late and no coffee coming!"

I left this accomodotion because of that problems with previous owners.I wrote to you about this as well -you dont read it either.
You recommending something what doesnt exist officially, causing a lots of trouble for guests and staff.Guests like me leaving hotel with disappointment. Who is going to recompansate a money i lost?
