"It is definitely not a hotel facility.
Toilet was broken(someone already used the toilet but it was broken so you guess what happened), shower was completely broken, no mosquito net, and no toiletries.
No internet, didn't get breakfast.
They charged $20USD for oneway pick up service which is more than their room charge.
And when i complained to manager he was yelling at me for me to complaining so much.
I can't believe you guys booked me this hotel.
It was most horrible nightmare hotel ever...

"Clean hotel great service. Rooms are much more up to date than other hotels around.
Breakfast is definitely geared towards Indian clients, however that didn't put us off.
Staff in the restaurant were amazing!
We had a small hiccup when we first arrived, but was rectified immediately.
Great place to stay if you need to be in the centre of Dar."

"I had the best experience i’ve ever had in any hotel and I’ve been to many to throughout my travels. The kindness and hospitality of the stall was consistent and genuine. In addition, the menu was amazing. The food was delicious and my family and I enjoyed it immensely. Given the opportunity to visit DarSalam again I will absolutely stay at the Hyatt Regency hotel. Thank you."
