"The hotel has very few restaurants nearby but is within easy walking distance to metro and bus stops. The hotel itself is rather tired looking and the rooms could use some renovations. The included, self-serve breakfast had hot and cold items, including delicious fresh fruit. The work staff worked hard to keep it stocked but were often running behind due to the large number of people. The next time we go to Santiago we will probably choose to stay in Lastarria neighborhood as it has interesting shops and many restaurants."

"Everything was fantastic here! Multilingual staff and accommodating services fitting of the InterContinental brand! They didn't have an ice machine however they did provide via the downstairs bar. I highly recommend this location."
