"Great staff. Warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. The room itself was spacious, and clean with sweeping ocean views.
The gym was well-equipped and uncrowded. Dining at the hotel was a great experience with fresh and delicious prepared dishes. "

"Great property but be warned, no one after hours is there to greet you. After hours in my case was 7 pm. Though the next day, the maid was gone and no one there by 3 pm.
Ideally you have communicated before on WhatsApp and have both the door code and the room code recorded. If not, assuming you have cell, you can do it like I did and call from the door and do everything remotely. Too complicated for me to do in English but someone was available who could take the call
The place was clean...

"The rooms were just OK. Kind of felt like a bunch of leftover furniture left in a standalone attic or basement. Staff was incredibly friendly and kind, and the on-site restaurant was some of the best food we had in all of Mendoza. The hotel is outside of the city center, which is important to note. The grass on the property had a lot of mosquitoes, and we got a lot of bites when sitting around by the pool."
