"Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view.
The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay.
Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time."

"The villas at Simpson Bay Resort, Marina and Spa were spacious. Bathrooms were big. Full kitchen was big and spacious. Air conditioning was very cold, we actually had to warm up the room a little bit. The only thing was the noise from Buccaneers Bar or from the other resort who were partying. We could hear the loud music and one Friday late night early Saturday morning, there was someone who was riding a. Jet ski at the bay back and forth and it was like a motorcycle on the water. It kept us up...

"I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately it was a disappointing stay. The only real highlight was the ocean view from the balcony, which was absolutely beautiful.
The room itself was in poor condition and clearly needs maintenance. The bathroom had rust around the toilet hinges, mold and grime around the shower, a broken shower faucet handle, and deteriorating caulking around the sink mirror. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time....
