"Staff were quite good and helpful . Rooms were a good size . Tv was up to date .convenient to have to free access to city travel by trains and bus that the hotel offers and station adjacent to the hotel . A couple things I would like to have had would be a Safe in the room for our valuables another would be a coffee machine rather than buying one from lobby or adjacent property. If your like me I have my coffee before I go anywhere in the morning . Overall all it was a nice stay ."

"Located beside train station which is super convenient. I stayed one night and got the apartment closest to station. Wasn't a problem for me but light sleepers beware. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was a lingering food smell. Would have appreciated if the apartment was aired out for incoming guests. "This is a nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are small, however, and there isn't any air conditioning. However, this is typical in Swiss hotels. It was very quiet, and the beds were comfortable."

"Overall a great stay but I think the A/C should be controlled in the room to go below 20 degrees Celsius. Also the front desk staff were great but they need to communicate what tram stop to get off at rather than just the direction of the tram. Would stay here again! Food was great too!"

"We stayed here for two nights. Hit our head on the bunk bed a few times. I hope they can add some soft foam to the metal rails. Shower room and bed have hair. And the paper cups were kind of being pressed. But it is convenient"

"The hotel overall was really nice. Our suite on the 6th floor was good but a little tight for 3 people. The a/c in the room was not getting cold. We had to get a fan. The vent in the bathroom did not work so it made the room even hotter. Breakfast was good and the location was amazing."
