"Ac is broken"

"Super location right next to the train station , the door from the station direct into the hotel is very handy! Have stayed at the Queens Hotel twice now and cant fault anything - staff are really helpful in person and on the phone , and the rooms are a very good size. Beds are super comfy with lovely linens. I would definitely stay again as the rates are reasonable for the location right in City Square near the town centre."

"We got to the hotel at about 19:00 on Friday found a space in the car park easily and used the lift to reception. Check in was and quick and easy. We were on the fourth floor the room was lovely very clean and spacious. We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast each morning, there was a good selection for breakfast and the staff were very polite and friendly . On a whole we had a very pleasant stay at the Clayton hotel leeds"

"Clean room and the staff were nice. My hotel room was very basic and hot at night. The fan did nothing to cool the room down. Breakfast was okay but could have been better."

"Never had the breakfast rooms clean bed comfy but the lifts where so slow to the point we had to start walking down 12 floors as one was out of order then when you do get the lift it’s going to every floors and everyone is cramped in not good."

"The lady on reception named Michelle was very polite and helpful. I had stayed in a certain room the previous month and asked if I could be allocated the same room on this occasion. What i found different from other hotels was Michelle interacted in conversation, i was not treat as a booking but as a person, the room i previously had was available and was duly allocated to me. First impressions count as they say, oh and the room was clean and tidy by the way, i didn't use the bar as I was...
