"I booked a feature room, which was outstanding. Took my entire team here for a celebration. The hotel is beyond exceptional, and staff can't do enough for you. A few things to note the sauna and steam room are both cold. They need to do something about this for guests. I spent over £3000 with the five rooms that were booked. It would be nice if this was recognised, being such a big booking and the additional spent on treatments. The surroundings were just beautiful and the massage I...

"Everything about the hotel is ok. Nothing outstanding."

"Everything was just as described in the photos and description. The host was lovely. The beds were comfortable, the room clean, the shower fantastic. It's as close to the University of Warwick as you can get. Rideshare was no problem, bus was a few minutes of a walk away. We highly recommend."

"The staff were so understanding and considerate about my returning late and needing to park my car. They kindly explained that if I returned and could not find a parking space, I could stay safely in my car and call the number they had provided. Someone would come out and help me. I was genuinely touched by this kindness. It was something I never expected, and it made me feel cared for, reassured, and safe. It is the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff that make a hotel truly special. I...

"Large restaurant with nice food, though very open so car get really loud. Nice large rooms, with very comfortable beds/pillows. Easy to plugin HDMI devices to the TV - I brought my firestick. Loads of parking, but can fill up really quickly as it has a public gym and pool, so parking can be tricky. Empties out later on."

":)"

"Awful condition has mould couldn’t stay there had bad skin reaction. Hotel was contacted by Expedia and ignored. I need the £87 refund and Expedia and this hotel are not assisting in the refund."

"Room was nice clean & cosy, stylish comfortable room with added mod cons. Lovely view of the lake. Friendly welcoming staff."

"Nice property in a good location. Good parking . The only downside for me was the breakfast , nothing really healthy that I could eat . I would have liked to use the swimming pool but I thought £10 was a bit heavy . Would stay again because it was convenient for us."

"Meh. Damp and chilly room with weird, ugly decor. Low quality bedding. Bathroom like a ferry cabin. Very mediocre breakfast, with one of the coffee machines out of order. Would not choose to stay there again."

"Great."

"No one at reception had to wait 15 mins to check in, dinner went cold. Toilet broken & broken would not flush. Green flickering Wi-Fi light all night so barely slept . Noisy. Passable for basic cleanliness. Don’t recommend."

"This is a character filled hotel. It is stylish and wall decoration includes large old photographs of the days of the paper. The atrium roofed dining room is beautiful with a border of old newspaper pages between the ceiling and glass roof. Rooms are very nice with wood features and a pleasant colour palette. Bathroom has a nice large shower. Unfortunately the breakfast disappointed. The coffee machines served undrinkable latte and the worst hotel coffee I have ever tasted. I tried the pork...
