"The view of the river is great, hotel needs some updates. Staff this time around NOT very friendly and they don't answer the front desk phone (tried 3X) parking is very tight and the indoor pool area needs a deep cleaning, would not use in current condition! "

"Our room was spacious and clean. I’m 100% disabled veteran. I told the booking agent that when I ordered the room and when I got there, we want up in a regular room on a third floor which made life very difficult getting in and out. I just wished that they had taken the moment to ensure that a handicap room was available or I wouldn’t have gone someplace else other than that everything went well. "
