The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly, the hotel smelt amazing, our room was immaculate and the bar/lounge area was beautiful. I would 100% recommend. A fabulous place to stay. "

"The internet was okay, but slowed down at times. The pool was beautiful. The staff were very helpful. The rooms are lovely. Would recommend this hotel is across from Amsterdam central station and is close to the shops etc"

"The room was ok, about a quarter of the size that it looked in the pictures… I don’t know why they do this.. maybe they want you to be disappointed when you walk in.. don’t bother with the restaurant unless you wish to be financially abused.. their prices are disgraceful for average food. Hardly surprising the restaurant was completely empty. Most of the staff were very friendly 5-10 min walk from shops, restaurants and train station. €17-32 for Ubers to and from city centre.. Tbh the whole of Amsterdam is really shockingly expensive.. coke cola is 15x the price of diesel. 200ml tiny bottle €5:50 everywhere 500ml water €4-5."
