"It's difficult to use the same approach to compare adventure camp accommodation to a city hotel. For what it was the accommodation was good and the hospitality very good. Minor maintenance issues around the camp but this did not impact on or distract from the experience."

"Such a lovely little place to stay for the night. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were so kind and lovely, the home cooked food was some of the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. They also arranged a safari for us, we had a jeep to ourselves, and saw many animals (elephants, monkeys, mongoose). All in all a fabulous experience, and incredible value for money. "

"We got to the hotel at the end of a dirt roa, to check in, at around 7:15pm. The main gate was SHUT and there WAS NO ONE THERE.. We asked s couple of neighbors who said the guard had left and they hadn’t seen any guests come there for a while. It was raining and dark, we were stranded in the area which was new to us, went to two different hotels and finally after two hours found somewhere to stay for the night. The hotel via hotels.com took full payment at the time of booking. "

"We arrived to a warm welcome from the staff. They were caring and attentive throughout our stay. There's not a lot to do after your safari in the surrounding area in terms of shops or stalls. There are however really beautiful rice paddy and lake scenes for anyone who wants to get adventurous on the bikes they provide and the locals are really friendly. The food was delicious. We didn't request anything in particular they just cooked up rice or noodles with chicken one night and the garlic...
