Clean and friendly and excellent chef

luxurious experience highly recommended

We checked in at 2:30 am. The bar was open, staff was present and awake. The rooms were spacious and nice. Staff was friendly.

This resort is an absolute gem. The hotel rooms are exactly as they appear online - incredibly clean, modern and you can tell a lot of care has been taken to give guests the best experience. We stayed for 6 nights and were all-inclusive. Every meal we had, the staff in the restaurant were just so polite, helpful and attentive. We had a comfortable stay overall. The location was great- close to the marina with convenient beach access. Our room was a good size and had a spacious balcony. We were hoping for some fresh fish but they didn't seem to have any on the menu. The buffet was surprisingly good and the servers were wonderfully attentive. We were able to take a few bites back to the room and the brought us a cake...

Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities...
