Amazing hotel. Absolutely stunning only negative is the beach was very wavey due to strong winds during our stay. The 7 pools made up for it. Hotel is spotless and very clean.

I stayed 3 nights at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sidi Heneish and absolutely loved it. The beach was beautiful — very clean, calm, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were super friendly and always helpful, which made the experience even better. The food was excellent with great variety and quality at every meal. Everything felt well-organized and thoughtful. Overall, it was a wonderful escape. I’d definitely come back again!

We have stayed at many hotels in Egypt and this is by far one of the best ones ! The beach is beautiful and spacious . The food is great , way above average for hotels in Egypt . The kids club, programming and playground are also very good. Great service and staff . Clean , well kept . There are many pools and options for the whole family . We very much appreciated the customer service from Mr. Galal . This hotel is amazing and we are hoping to return many times !

We had such a wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to make our visit special — truly some of the most accommodating people we’ve ever met. As a lovely surprise, they even comped our dinner at the Italian restaurant, which isn’t part of the all-inclusive package. It was an incredible experience — highly recommend it if you enjoy Italian seafood with a creative Egyptian twist. Definitely a must-try! The property itself is beautiful and impressively maintained. There are seven pools, each spotless and well-staffed, offering something for everyone — whether you’re looking to relax or have a bit of fun. Prices are for luxury hotels but staff ruins your experience, untrained, rude and you have to speak to a manager about basic hotel amenities and supplies to get things done. They have the nespresso machines in the rooms but they do not supply nespresso capsules unless you asked, someone trying to be smart over there may have suggested to save few bucks. Even though you have a credit card on file they keep harassing you with bills to sign the moment you order something claiming that people order f&b and do not pay for them. We requested transportation to a close by hotel, and after we were quoted a price they increased the price the day of, and claimed that no one called to book and that they didn’t know anything about what we were talking about until we got a manager to resolve the issue and honour the agreement. They have limited restaurants if you do not like to dine in their boring buffet. In the Italian restaurant they served us the 2nd course before the appetizer and the first, when we complained they said come back the next day and will do it perfectly and same thing happened again bread and oil were served after the main course. Poor service poor staff training and outrageous prices for such service. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this hotel at all costs.

The resort is absolutely gorgeous. It’s a nice place to stay if you want to get away. Food was a hit or miss depending on what it was, but with a buffet you’ll always have options. The spa wasn’t as clean as I’d expect from a luxury resort. It wasn’t well maintained and the showers were a bit dirty at least on the women’s side. The beach is amazing and beautiful. You can hear through connecting rooms so be careful where you stay. That being said as positive as an experience as this was it’s still overpriced. They definitely take advantage of the fact that you’re in the middle of nowhere and there’s a bunch of ongoing construction around the resort. Unless you’re there with your own car you will be stuck there. The limousine service is 4x the normal price so don’t pay for it. I wish there was more places to go and things to do around the area but maybe in the future.

We had a very good experience at Cleopatra Sidi Heneish. This was not our first time staying here, and we always enjoy coming back. Mr. Galal, the manager, was very welcoming, professional, and understanding, which we really appreciated. We especially enjoy the beautiful beach, the variety of food, the comfortable and clean rooms, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The staff are always smiling, friendly, and helpful, and some of them truly go the extra mile to make the stay more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for another pleasant stay!

A true 5-star experience from start to finish. We stayed 5 nights in a Royal Sea View Suite with our three young daughters (ages 4 and twin 2-year-olds). Traveling with little kids isn't easy, but the team at Cleopatra Sidi Heneish made us feel genuinely cared for every day. The resort is beautiful, with stunning landscaping, multiple pools that never felt crowded, and an amazing beach. The food exceeded our expectations—especially the pizza, fresh pita, and desserts. Our suite had an incredible view. The only small criticism is that the floors in our room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. What truly sets this resort apart is its staff. Mohsen made check-in and checkout effortless. Mohamed, the lifeguard at the small pool always greeted us warmly, brought towels, and kept our girls smiling. Halim, the floor manager for lunch at the Spuntini and dinner service at the main restaurant always had a table and two high chairs ready for us. Sara surprised us by baking custom pita bread and continued making it for us every day. Esraa kept our daughters entertained and made sure we never forgot to get ice cream. Hosny remembered our drink orders from day one. Everyone—from housekeeping and maintenance to the landscapers—greeted us with a smile and often helped carry our stroller across the sand. Those small acts of kindness meant so much to our family. Cleopatra Sidi Heneish has set a new standard for hospitality. We will definitely be back.

We loved the cleanliness of the entire property, the rooms, multiple pools, and the beautiful beach. The cafeteria dining was excellent. I tried to get a limo service but the concierge was not helpful in providing me a car service; even though it was available. That was the only issue I had. Otherwise, we’ll be back.
