"Really liked the cleanliness of the hotel. Everywhere smelled good except the casino where they were smoking. Restaurants were good but a little pricey for what we got. Everyone was helpful and very nice."

"When you walk into the hotel, it looks amazing but we got there after a cruise ship so they said I couldn’t check in early but I would get a text message when my room was ready so we had walked around all of the French quarters and had nothing else to do so we came back and I’m sitting in the lobby and see people checking in never got a text to tell me that my room was ready. Also finally got to our room. It smelled like a wet basement. While trying to sleep, you could hear the elevators going up and down up and down all night long and there was heavy big equipment right outside my window and you could hear those running all night long and going off and coming on room 728 you never wanna sleep in there."
