Near terminals and with frequent free bus transfer was best feature. Staff very helpful. Bar was good and Breakfast good.

Lovely hotel, modern rooms with large comfy beds. The staff were all fantastic and really made experience here as brilliant as it was. Would recommend as a base for Disney or business in Tokyo Bay. A little far as a base for Tokyo but would suit if adding a day or two to a trip.

We were extremely well received at the Executive reception. The view of the Skytree from our room was wonderful. The view from the Exec Lounge was even beter and the service was first class. The room was lovely with all amenities. Breakfast was good and as we were leaving early on the Wednesday they left us a lovely selection of buns and croissants for the trip to the airport. This is an excellent hotel.

Great services - really value for money

What a great hotel and base for exploring Disney Tokyo... The free shuttle bus was such a help. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and a chocolate buffet. The rooms were nice and a goodish size for a family of 4.

It was great experience stayed in the hotel. The staff was very helpful and service was excellent.

I used the room as a day room only. I checked in at 10.00 hrs and was out by 19.00 hrs. The receptionist kindly let me have a room right away and as no small rooms were available she gave me a junior suite for the day.

This hotel is so close to the hotel you could almost walk! Quiet though, great selection of outlets and facilities. Breakfast looked good value. Ample parking. Room large and clean.

If you are looking a for a good hotel with kitchen, this is it. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare dinner with ingrediences you get in many near depachikos. Room is spacious, you will have no problem to open your suitcase. Location is great, near Asakusa and Ginza via subway. Will definitely return back.

A nice hotel with a convenient shuttle, there is even a 24/7 Family Mart which is reasonably priced incase you feel like midnight snacking. Although people say the hotel feels outdated it serves its purpose well and the room sizes are very large compared to other Japanese hotels. Highly recommend.

I had a huge room, with two double beds and a small sofa and seating area. The bed and pillow were quite firm, which I like, but guests should be aware of their own preference. The check-in experience was quick, scanning my passport into a machine, with staff on hand to help. You also had to check out with the machine, instead of just handing in your card to a drop-off box or to the staff there, which seemed a bit slower. Staff spoke English. Great hotel. The room was so spacious in comparison with typical hotel rooms in Japan. We had the buffet dinner which was a great deal. We did not use the spa as we did not have time.

Free airport bus shuttle was easy to find and great for us getting to and from airport. We booked this hotel to stay the night before our long flight home so we weren’t travelling early in rush hour with kids and luggage. Rooms were small but had everything we needed. Able to get more pillows and plenty of free amenities. The free breakfast was good too. The Lawsons in the hotel lobby was handy for getting dinner and snacks and meant we didn’t need to leave hotel.

We liked: Location to Narita Airport. Free shuttle to airport and shops. Spacious room with good view, excellent bed and quiet. Restaurant buffet was good value for evening meal. Free breakfast was substantial. The foyer shop provided a good range of daytime meals. Comfortable waiting area. Staff were very attentive, engaging, delightful and helpful. A real human touch. Overall great value for money. We would definitely stay there again.
