Nice to have breakfast provided in the morning and the airport shuttles go out very frequently approx every 15 mins. Right around the corner from terminal 3 so you can even walk to the hotel in 15ish min. The only thing that I’m not happy with is their bed. Their bed is so firm it feels like I was sleeping on the box spring and not the mattress itself.

Booked a non-smoking room, but must have been a room for smokers previously as the smell of stale smoke was overwhelming. Slept with aircon on a window wide open but didn’t make much difference. Staff were very lovely and the airport shuttle is fantastic. Book for convenience but be prepared for smoking odours to be strong.

The room and bathroom were very clean, although quite dated. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was very clean and efficient and on time. There weren’t too many things in the buffet breakfast that I could eat, like eggs, sausages, milk, toast etc. The only thing that soured a relatively pleasant experience was when we checked out, and did not understand what we were supposed to do with our room cards. The agent out of apparent exasperation took our cards and motioned impatiently that he would take care of the rest. Such a gesture was certainly not appreciated by us.

The hardest mattress I have ever slept on in my life. Staff was fine, just kinda there. It was a mass check in from the bus unload, we just felt like a number hurried through. Never really interacted with staff after that. We ate our free breakfast as first time clueless Americans, we figured things out mostly. No staff offered assistance. It was fine. Clean. Good price.

They assigned us a smoking room while we reserved a non-smoking room. We smelled a nasty smoking room that choked us immediately when we entered the room. We then went to the front desk the ask to change the room, then the staff tried real hardly but no non-smoking room was found. We were forced to lodge in that smelly room. The second day I complained to their staff, they were able to give us a non-smoking room. Toyoko Inn: You should NOT give me a smoking room while you confirmed me a non-smoking room!

We stayed at this property because of its proximity to the airport for only 1 night because our flight was canceled and couldn't fly out until the next day. While the room was spacious and clean, it was very dated and had the hardest bed I've ever slept on (no box spring), and a very hard and solid pollow. This is NOT a hotel you would want to spend any more than 1 night in. Definitely a last resort sleep/shower-only hotel for unexpected emergency.

9/21日に飛行機のキャンセルで一泊しました。ホテルはとてもよかったです。台風が近づいて来ていて大雨と風でちょうどシャトルバスのスケジュールがあまりない時間帯でしたが、ものすごい数のひとが、バス停で待ちやっとバスが来たかと思えば多分だい2.3ターミナルから乗車した人でバスは満席でした。バスの運転手が運転手不足でバスが無く又すぐ来ますと言う事でしたが、30分以上待たされ皆服も荷物も濡れた状況でした。とても大きなホテルで空港からも近いのになぜもう少し機転をきかしてバスを調達して泊客を迎えに来れなかったのかがとても疑問です。ほかのホテルは何度もすぐに来てました。とても残念でした。ホテルについてからのフロントの接客は、良かったです。又コンビニが入っていたのでとても助かりました。食事は、普通でしたがカレーがあり美味しかったです。ただ私には、お勧めのカレースープは、辛すぎて飲めませんでした。このすーぷを飲んだ方どうでしたか？蓋を開けてスープがたっぷりある理由がわかりました。後部屋を掃除する従業員と客が同じエレベーターを使うのには、驚きました。客と一緒に乗る事は無かったようですが、従業員用のエレベーターはないのでしょうか？初めての経験でした。他にも確かに沢山の客で従業員も忙しいかったのでしょうが1人で大荷物の客が、ドアがすぐ閉まるエレベーターの中に荷物を入れられなくて困っている方がいましたが、従業員は、その荷物を乗せたカートは片付けに来てくれましたが、客を手伝う事は、ありませんでした。その方は外国からの人でしたが汗をかいて息も荒く疲れ切ってるようでしたので私達が手伝いました。外国からの方もかなり来ているホテルだと思いましたが日本人としての心遣いに少し足りないホテルだと思いました。でもほかのホテルと比べてもとても安かったので余り文句は言えないですね。それ以外はほてるの滞在は快適でした。

宿泊自体についでは申し分なく、快適に過ごせました。 台風の影響で急遽ホテルに泊まらざるを得ない人が溢れて混乱していたのは致し方なかったとは思いますが、空港の送迎バス停での対応は改善されるべきだと感じました。 他のホテルバスのドライバーさんたちはホテルの名前を掲げてバス停全体を回って乗車を促していましたが、東横インだけはそのようなことはされず、また他ターミナルからの乗車でほぼ満席だったのは仕方ないとしても、その旨を広く告げることもなく、乗り口に1番近いところの数名程度に伝えるのみで発車していってしまいました。 バス自体が色とロゴで目立つ仕様なので、見ればわかるとも言えますが、初めて宿泊される人にしてみたら分からないでしょうし、人で溢れかえっている状況では近づいて確かめたりすることも容易ではなく、何とかかき分けてドライバーさんに確かめようとするうち到達する前に満席になって発車してしまう…という感じでした。 やむを得ず台風直撃当日、翌日と2連泊しましたが、両日とも1時間以上立ち尽くして待って3台目でやっと乗れる…ということになりました。 ここまでの混乱はなかなかないことかも知れませんが、人が溢れているだろうことは容易に想像できる、または見ればわかることなので、臨時に案内を出すなどの対応をしていただけたらよかったなと思いました。
