Es gibt auch keine Schlüssel sondern man öffnet seine Zimmertür über eine Online-App. Allerdings ist an einem der Tage der Server zusammengebrochen, sodass wir als wir nach dem Abendessen nachts in unser Zimmer wollten eine Stunde nicht unsere Tür öffnen konnten und mit einigen anderen Gästen die ebenfalls ausgesperrt waren versucht haben die KI Chatbots dazu zu bringen unsere Türen zu öffnen (bei der Helpline ist niemand...

Well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, plenty of hot water and water pressure. Thoughtful room cleaning staff and front office staff. Many of them long term employees which shows in them taking ownership of ensuring their customers perfect experience!"
