Our room was very clean. The staff was very nice at check-in. Sometimes it can get very busy in the lobby, but they have a lot of different languages. They are dealing with. The location is very close to the rail station, which will take you into the center of town. We took a taxi from the airport to our hotel. However, on the way home we were able to navigate the rail system and got back that way.

We arrived early and was able to check in without any fee. The room was so spacious and modern with complete toiletries, kettle, ironing board, fridge safe box deposit and most of all a comfy bed. The food was great in the restaurant and the staff were very helpful.

This hotel was huge! Lots of space, but it was well-maintained and the staff were helpful. If you have mobility issues the layout might not be the best as most things are one floor up and the second tower does require a bit of walking to get to. Not impossible, just potentially harder than some smaller options.

The room itself was fine, but the bed was definitely a little uncomfortable and very noisy. The breakfast was amazing, possibly one of the best I’ve ever had. The gym and wellness/spa center were also very well maintained and enjoyable. The common areas of the hotel are beautiful, and it’s located just a 5-minute walk from the Bella Center tram station. I would absolutely stay there again, but I would choose a better room.

Terrible 20 minute wait for check in No meaningful apology from the staff member, nor offer of a free drink or something from the shop etc. Huge hotel that’s a bit of a maze Modern and clean Room fine for one person for one night, otherwise my room was a small Blackout blinds don’t block out all the really sunlight even when fully down Breakfast was excellent, large choice and plenty of tables even at the busiest time Easy for the airport Two restaurants and a supermarket three minutes’ walk away

I chose this hotel for price as it was one of the lowest in the high season in Copenhagen, the other hotels near the attractions were really expensive. so, my option was to stay between the Copenhagen attractions and airport. The hotel is on the newer side, with a great lobby and very clean and safe area of Copenhagen. The room was large, comfortable bed and very clean. staff is very friendly. What else can you ask for! I would not hesitate in booking. My only suggestion for the hotel management is to not use the elevator area by the rooms for the cleaning staff to store dirty sheets and towels, that did not look good at least on my floor. other than that, the stay was great!
