Not forgetting Zinhle who picked up on our communication on Expedia as the initial room was a bit smaller. She managed to upgrade us to a better, spacious room on the 2nd floor. We truly felt comfortable just like being back home. Keep up the good work."

"Booked online through Expedia and process was seamless. Enjoyed an excellent 8 day stay here over the Comrades marathon week. Hotel staff could not have done more to help. Secure parking is on site undercover for a couple of US$ a day. It is about 20 minute drive from the airport and about another 20 minutes to downtown Durban. We were allowed to check in early after travelling for 24 hours and were given a lovely sea facing room. The breakfast was amazing and in dining options are great....

"We had a most marvellous break from the rat race of Johannesburg. Peace and quiet notwithstanding it was school holidays. Breakfast was a buffet of every one would expect and much much more. The staff were amazing. I am currently looking at the calendar to find another break time to be enjoyed at the Pearl. I am 71 and my girlfriend is 58. We both had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the restaurants on the premises. Thank you guys."
