"This was a great stay for the night before hiking the west highland way. Although the outside and adjoining facilities look rundown, the room itself was very pleasant, and the check-in staff were friendly, warm, and inviting. Best bedding of the entire trip!"

"A little gem in Scotland all off grid and powered by solar and wood burners. Excellent deco and facilities with no 3 pin electric socket so no tv and the perfect place to chill and relax especially in the wood fired hot tub. Gordon had it all fired up and by the time we had stoked it too the thermostat was showing 90 degrees and we sat like prunes for 2hrs even when it rained and sleeted it didn’t ruin the relaxation of sitting their looking over the countryside to Loch Lomond. "This place is absolutely beautiful. The beds are very comfy, the hosts are incredible, they were in touch to make sure everything is OK and if we needed anything. The whole place is very very clean. It is so homely, I definitely recommend it, and would certainly book it again over any hotel anytime! Thank you so much"

"Perfect base in Glasgow centre. Although we’re not that young anymore we still enjoyed the buzz around the place and see what a great space it is for young workers and travellers. Love the environmental effort the hotel put in too. Lovely rooms, great bathroom, very nicely furnished with everything you’d need, including lovely toiletries and my favourite toilet paper!"
