When needing fresh towels, refills of toilet tissue and attention for broken A/C multiple calls needed to be made and we experienced extended wait times. "The property is very cute but my room had a funky smell and the shade was broken. The cleanliness in the bathroom could be better I had to give it a cleaning myself and the ac was very noisy. Just okay 3 out of 5."

"I’ve stayed twice at this location, both were quick overnight stops. The staff was proactive and had me checked in when I got there. I was given all the instructions I needed to get into the room. It was clean, recently remodeled, the comfortable bed was comfortable, and shower was hot. The price was competitive and I’ll be staying there anytime I get down to Marco Island. If you’re looking for full service, this is not it, but if you’re looking for clean and comfortable, this is your stay."

"The property is under renovation and we were made aware however, the extent was a little more than I expected. The biggest negative was that construction was supposed to start at 8:00 AM and Friday and Saturday they started at 7:15 AM. The lack of option for F & B during the renovation was disappointing."

"No coffee much less complimentary till 7am. Room coffee was the worst I have ever had. Room was damp A/C didn't dehumidify room was damp and smelled damp. The on site food was ok but way over priced. Hotel staff was poor had very little concern for condition of room nor the bugs hanging out on ceiling. No value I'm going back to Hilton."
