"We had a very pleasant stay at Sunworld Hotel Beijing. The room was comfortable and impeccably clean, and the housekeeping team was both efficient and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. The buffet breakfast offered an impressive variety — a highlight of every morning. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city without any hassle. The one area where there is room for improvement is the front desk. A warmer, more welcoming attitude from reception staff would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience. For Western travelers in particular, having at least some English-speaking agents available would be a significant plus — on a few occasions, communication proved quite challenging. Overall, a solid choice with great fundamentals. We would return, and hope to see those small improvements on our next visit."

"Property and rooms were very dated and in urgent need of refurbishment. However the location is excellent, food and bfast buffet is very good and the staff are above and beyond. Extremely helpful and always ready to help. I lost my earpods in the hotel and they were able to get it delivered to my local contact in Beijing on the same day that I contacted them. The staff at the shop too is very good - my children enjoyed many hours of bottle painting there. "

"Quiet but close to attractions. The free shuttle within 2 km was extremely helpful. All the staffs were extremely eager to help in anyway. The pool, workout room spa are all excellent. Room was well appointed and the views are amazing. Mr. Chen at the front desk was very knowledgeable and friendly during the check-in process in addition to every time seeing him. Luigi was very friendly during the checkout process. Thank you to everyone at the Mandarin Oriental. Looking forward to visiting again in the near future."
