A good hotel located in a convenient location close to Metro Line 2. Provides clean and comfortable rooms for a reasonable price; some good deals if you keep an eye on prices. Excellent customer service in all areas of the hotel. Provides a good gym and outdoor swimming pool. Good buffet breakfast with a wide range of world cuisine offered from 0630 each morning. Some nice displays throughout the hotel and a range of shops in the building.

The hotel is at a great location with so restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff are friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was great, too. Recommended.

Everything is fine but the infrastructure is poor. I stayed two nights. The light in the bathroom could not be turned off on the first night and it was bright overnight. I called them to have it fixed on the second day, but it failed again at night, so the light kept on for two nights. Manager Pan was nice. She apologized and invited us to breakfast on the departure day. However, the poor facility is not something I have ever expected from a hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The CTS bus from Hong Kong International Airport has a stop at the hotel, which saved us lots of energy in traveling.

Fantastic place to base yourself when visiting Guangzhou. We only stayed one night for a stopover but it was so convenient with the metro right outside and it’s on line 3, same as the airport. Great position for exploring the parks and old precincts. Highly recommended. Staff are incredibly helpful and speak English.
