"My stay this time was truly comfortable and satisfying. I especially liked the quiet and clean environment. The friendly service from the staff also left a great impression. However, it was a bit disappointing that the breakfast menu was not more varied. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would love to visit again next time."

"on Expedia, this was supposed to have a queen bed and a "large twin" bed. The only bed was queen bed bit there was a small uncomfortable couch (no cushions, bedding, or pillows). When we complained, they said we could sleep on the couch."

"My experience was just okay. I was on the second floor in a corner unit. The unit above me had serious construction work being done. It was extremely loud and unpleasant. It lasted for the majority of my stay and I never felt relaxed. I get that things need to be fixed or renovated. It would be better to block the adjacent rooms to properly accommodate your guest. I was not happy with my stay. I did call the front desk and all they did was acknowledge that construction was being done and...

"This place is a hidden gem in the city. Once you're inside it is like a small very secure and semi-private resort. It is well maintained and beautiful inside. Food served was perfect and the staff is so friendly. I got lucky finding this place and if you're staying in San Jose this is a great place to be."
