"Very nice hotel with cool decor in the lobby and entry area. Beautiful rooftop deck with pretty flowers, etc. Breakfast was excellent and the service was very nice. We arrived somewhat late in the evening and there was someone at the street level who was waiting to let us in. But once we were inside and upstairs at the lobby we waited a VERY long time before someone showed up to the front desk to check us in. Probably 15+ minutes. We were tired and it was just a bummer. We got the basic room and it was just fine...a little tight, but clean and served its purpose. I would stay here again."

"This is a jewel of a hotel; staff were fantastic, the accommodations were superb, the dining and bar options excellent. If you are heading to San Jose, there is no better place to stay. Definitely one of those hotels that you hope to return to one day! Pura Vida!"
