Fantastic place. Superb service, lovely staff.

Superb little boutique lodge. Staff can't do enough for you. Very comfortable room with garden and a fantastic view. Big bathroom. Food excellent - even a packed lunch - laundry done (at cost). Best hotel of our trip so far. It will take some beating. If you're on a road trip across the east side of the South Island and looking to break the journey consider a stop here. Flights to the glacier from Mt Cook airport, hiking, dark sky area. Beautiful views.

Absolutely unforgettable stay from start to finish. The staff were amazing, the grounds are unreal and the pool was divine. What a fantastic place, I wish it was closer to my home so I could come back regularly!

The views from this property are stunning .We loved are stay at Ribbonwood Country House . The rooms are styled beautifully and are luxurious . But it was the hosts that made our stay so enjoyable. Gary and Robert have the knack of being both professional and great fun . Very enjoyable and would highly recommend.

The staff were lovely. An attractive room in the old house.

Maori greeting cool drink and luggage wisked away to our room, valet parking and a oasis of clam. Loved the food ambience and relaxed staff so helpful and genuine. We had massages in the spa very professional and impressive Only down a few fly bites no complaints at all, would defiantly stay again and recommend

We had aman amazing two night stay in the Cass suite. The room was very spacious and clean with a impressive amd comfortable bed (had the best nights sleep). We relaxed in the hot tub every chance we could get. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant on the first night and found the reading area to chill in afterwards. All staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay a fantastic one. The hotel is a very short drive from Hanmer Springs so was ideal for what we needed. We would stay...

Nice complex with good facilities but a bit compact so nowhere to store luggage.
