"Fabulous hotel along with such happy staff. Food at the buffet is excellent, always plenty of choice....food & service at the A La Carte needs work !! Waiters not interested & food not as good as it should be. Pools are so good...very clean but the pools ides/tiled walkways are lethal...accidents everyday with people, kids & adults, slipping up....along with lots of cracked tiles which are like glass. I cut my foot on one but couldn't be bothered to complain....but there are far too many broken...

Teils super unmotiviertes Personal. Beim Lunch hingegen auf der Terrasse neben dem Pool sehr gute Speisenauswahl. Toller Poolservice durch Carlos. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück mit frischen Eierspeisen und super Säften (frisch gepresst und große Obstauswahl. Spa gegen Aufpreis möglich, sehr schöne großzügige...

"I enjoyed the ocean view (and the sunsets) the most . As cleanliness goes, it was very clean, however there was limescale on the shower glass doors and a bit of mildew forming in the corners. Occasional cockroach appearance (due to climate) in the bathroom, but I put a few drops of clove oil (something i always carry with me) and haven’t seen any after that. The food quality was very reasonable with a wide variety to choose from. I was refused a late checkout but was offered use of a courtesy...

La atención del personal fue increíble por parte de todos, pero destacar el trabajo de las animadoras (Ale y Eri), siempre con una sonrisa en la cara y con toda la buena actitud.
