Colorful room makes me happy

Great town centre location with parking included. Room clean and well equipped. Comfy bed. No aircon but that was not advertised and we didn't even need the fan with windows open. Ideal for an overnight stop if travelling to/from South. Pretty town with plently of restaurant options.

The room we stayed in was in the annexe to the hotel which has been converted from an old Normandy house.. Each room has a name - ours was Coté Jardin. It is a very large room with a large double bed and a sofa - which would also make into a bed. The bathroom was spectacular and spotlessly clean. Outside there is a garden and patio with seating and lighting and to the front of the property, free parking with video surveillance. Fast and free wi-fi just topped off an excellent stay.

Lovely hotel with helpful staff in a great location with secure parking

Very good all round

Travelling on my own I chose one of the small bedroom but it was perfectly fine. The hotel is conveniently situated & the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really delicious - I will certainly book Les Mots Passants again when I go back to Cabourg.

we should have arrived about 8pm but do to strike at Calais we did not arrive until 0315 the next day, to the hotel was not a problem they had kept our room, & laid on a late breakfast for us good service all round

Very clean hotel conveniently located for Caen Port as well as being able to travel around the area. One small issue is the check in process if you arrive when the reception desk is closed - it is a little too complicated.

Great hotel on the port, lovely comfy beds and such helpful staff. We were driving and it’s very easy to get to and even though they have parking at the hotel (for a fee and you have to go into the hotel first to find out where the parking is), we just used the free parking in the street less than 50m from the hotel. Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Mercure Le Havre Centre Bassin du Commerce. The location is good. The hotel is a short walk from the station and the city centre with all the sights and dining options is also a short walk away. The room was a good size with a kettle, tea, coffee, and milk. An empty mini fridge. There was also a good amount of storage space. The bathroom had a lot of space to put potions and lotions to. It had shower only, no bath. Clean and tidy

Smallest double bedroom I have ever stayed in - just room for a double bed. Small shower room too but, all very clean and tidy. Staff were excellent very helpful. Good breakfast but no dining facilities. Well located in Town.

just used the hotel as a stopover when visiting Trouville. good price, excellent facilities.
