"The worst trip ever. The staff was rude and tried to stuff us in a different room than what I prepaid for. I paid for ocean front with a 26 foot pool, they tried to stick us with a garden view. Only after asking for the GM did they switch us to an ocean front room. The service was terrible. They never came to pick up our bags after 2 phone calls, I dragged them to the lobby myself. Don't waste your money on this place. Not even close to worth it."

"The hotel was nice and centrally located. They definitely need to do some renovations as the wear and tear is showing. Overall a great vacation and the hotel staff were excellent."

"Great location, clean rooms and linens, and a nice pool/beach area. However, the property feels dated and shabby in places. Some amenities were lacking or broken (burned-out light bulbs, broken iron, missing coffee maker). Pool/beach towels were worn. Our unit’s living/kitchen area had a single bed for a third guest but no air conditioning, and the bedroom A/C was undersized for the whole space. Overall decent stay but needs maintenance and better-equipped rooms."

"This is a little gem of a hotel. The rooms are good but the view from the balcony is amazing.
The pool is only small but the sea is right next to the hotel. There is a man made lagoon which means the sea is slightly sheltered, its not deep and you can snorkel there,
Food was amazing. Its all a la carte so sometimes you might have to wait a little for your meal but the drinks keep coming.
All the staff are friendly and as mentioned in every review - you have to join Michelle's rum...
