"Hotel was in great location near the marina and food and shops. Staff were very pleasant and room was clean and comfortable. The only thing to be aware, if you rent a car, they don’t have parking so you need to park on the streets or underground in the marina which can be costly. "

"The rooms were clean, modern and air conditioned. Bathroom and furniture were all in good condition and new. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot my computer charger and called the front desk and they immediately arranged a taxi to drop it off at the airport. It is a great location right on the harbour and walking distance to all the sights in the city."

"A beautiful hotel with top notch staff that strive to ensure one wants for nothing - or if you do want, just ask. Restaurants were great. The fantastic free breakfasts really adds to the value. A beautiful lobby and bar (with pooltable!). We didn’t take advantage of the spa but loved spending time in the mineral bath inside their pineapple greenhouse! Great location -close to Ponta Delgado but far enough away, and central to the island. Highly recommend (fyi having been there I would def not want a hotel right in Ponta Delgado - car rentals can be ridiculously cheap)"
