"Very comfortable bed, small bathroom. I would say it is a 4 star not 5.
Ordered room service which took very long. Thankfully, food was good when we finally got it.
Friendly staff. Late check out not available.
Convenient location."

"This is my favorite hotel to stay at when visiting Ponta Delgada. The location is perfect, as not only does it have an ocean/port view, but it is walkable to restaurants, shops, and historical sites.
The staff are friendly and professional; and they speak English, which is helpful.
The air-conditioned rooms are clean and spacious. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, and other amenities.
You don't have to go far to eat breakfast, as it is located in the dining room on the main...

"Breakfast was good and had plenty of variety albeit the same everyday. Spa was nice with sauna and steam. One complaint would be the indoor pool attached to spa would allow kids so it wasn’t ultra peaceful

"The rooms were clean and front desk staff were helpful. My biggest complaint is breakfast. It didn't matter what time you got down there, there was never a clean table, replenishing food was very slow and only small amounts were brought out at a time. I think my biggest issue was that I would find hair (that was the same color) from the young girls working on some of the tops of where things like plates of cheese were. Although the young girls had their hair tied back they would be swinging...
