"The Hotel is all updated, great service and nice location and amenities but they don’t recognize our Hilton points because we reserved with Expedía. It’s the first time something like this happened to us. We should go to another hotel but we pick this one because of our Hilton points. The other think I don’t like was the room temperature is set so you can’t lower it more than 19 decrees Celsius and that is not acceptable "

"Casa do Contador had character, beauty, AND comfort. The breakfast especially was a fantastic experience, delivered to our room each day in a traditional wicker basket. We've never experienced anything like it! The staff were friendly and helpful, and recommended a really great tour to the east of San Miguel Island. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette had everything we needed ... No notes! We'd stay there again in a heartbeat."

"This hotel definitely earns 5 stars. The breakfast was very good with a lot of food choices in a cozy restaurant. Hotel on this island is a better option than a Airbnb due to no good restaurants that serve breakfast. All restaurants on the island start serving food at noon. The lobby is very nice with beautiful vases and other nice decorations. Near the staircase was a nice little library where you can borrow books. What I did not like is the AC.
