With an airport hotel there is an expectation that they will be functional but have no character this hotel is an exception. We were very pleasantly surprised to find how good this hotel was. Beautiful, cosy but large resort. Had a great stay as the staff are super friendly and the facilities are great. The only thing that annoyed me was that they add a 7 NZD charge to each room service delivery! Besides that, a great stay and I would definitely go there again!

The whole resort is like living in a postcard. It's just so beautiful and the staff were all super friendly and happy especially at the beach bar and around the beach, always passing small bites of food to try and iced water to keep you hydrated. Our only negatives were one night there were a few small flying bugs enter our OWB from seemingly nowhere. But that was gone the next day so the cleaners must have noticed. Views were spectacular. Room was one of the nicest we have stayed. And that 100’s Pool area was lovely. In fact I can’t fault the hotel in any department

A very luxurious hotel with large rooms and a private spa with hot tub which we enjoyed. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were lovely and the dinner was delicious and great value.

Most staff v nice. Some seemed to be very reserved which didn’t always come over as friendly. BUT would definitely recommend. Yes it’s expensive but not silly money. We were pleasantly surprised at cost of food and drinks. Lovely quiet and relaxing. Overwater bungalows a must. We had a few showers but they passed in a matter of minutes

There is nothing I did not like about this resort. It sits in the perfect location, minutes away from the airport, with a smooth sail across the ocean. I loved that the beach is private, so no bother from anyone selling products. I met a lot of friendly hotel staff who went above and beyond, Heikalani being one if them. I absolutely loved my villa. I thought it was going to be bigger but still perfect and with a pool, great touch! Mauruuru Le Bora Bora!

I had an excellent stay at Radisson RED Auckland. The hotel was modern, clean, and in a great location. What made the experience outstanding was the staff—every single team member was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Thank you to the entire team for providing such exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Auckland. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great hotel in a fantastic location in the centre of Hobart. Easy access to shops, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. Highly recommended if you are visiting Hobart.

We stayed in the Rees for our last 2 nights in NZ, after a 3-week holiday touring the country, and enjoyed our time there. This was the only 5-star hotel we visited in during the holiday, and the lake view room was fantastic with good views from the balcony. Room and facilities was excellent, all staff (from reception to house keeping) very attentive and welcoming. We didn’t have breakfast but had dinner twice in the restaurant which was fabulous. The staff were excellent particularly Tarin and Billy. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Perfectly situated for our sightseeing. 10/10.

Excellent customer service, very central, value for money, sauna and pool not too busy.

It ticked all the boxes for an overnight stay before flying out in the morning.
