Well-equipped kitchenette, including a colander for pasta as well as a sharp-enough knife for slicing vegetables and bread. Very responsive staff. Easy availability of clean towels, toilet paper, etc. Very convenient laundromat in the basement. Great location -- very close to excellent grocery stores and the train station, allowing for easy access to must-see locations such as Potsdam."

The staff is the most attractive, thoughtful, and responsive I have ever had.
The hotel is also fun and clever.
The restaurant is great and packed every night. Nice cosy sauna.
The gym is on the bare minimum side, but you can’t have everything.

"Nice hotel. I appreciated an upgrade. The only opportunity for improvement would be their front desk-bar staffing. When you rely on only one staff member to cover the bar and front desk you force guests to wait. Excellent customer service does not include standing and waiting. "
