The rented room was spacious and comfortable as well as the bed. I really enjoyed the room comfort and the presence of kitchenette and all necessary kitchen utensils. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, sometimes overwhelmed with all arriving guests.

Great 1 bedroom apartment with enough space that 2 adults felt not crowded. Would have preferred if there were directions on how to use the stove & microwave/convection oven (but there's google). Free wash pods at the lobby desk if you need to do laundry. A small grocery (Rewe) & bakery literally steps away from front door, and larger Kaufhaus grocery 5 min walk away. S-Bahn is steps away going on the main line E-W, plus the trolley to points east around the corner. Multiple U-Bahn lines (& bus lines) within a 5-10 min walk. Hackesher Markt has tons of places to eat & shop, too.

Were there on holiday which happened to coincide with German Cup weekend. Transport links were excellent being next to the trams and near subway at alexanderplatz. As for the place itself, room was excellent with good bathroom and kitchen and nice bed. Sauna was great, gym was small but did the job, enough cardio equipment Would stay here again, everything i need and near the center of Berlin

The only problem was the carpet: it looks awful and needs to be replaced. The 3rd floor corridor is the worse thing. The smell of the cleaning products proves that it is maintained but the stains are bad. But, when in the room, everything is perfect for a couple in Berlin without a car. Location is perfect and the staff was first class.

Excellent location (very close to Hackescher Markt station, restaurants, grocery store, apothecary). Virtually no train noise with windows closed. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. Very clean apartment. Comfortable bed, great amenities - washer and dryer in room; large closet in bedroom; kitchen with cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator (note that there is no freezer compartment). Good Wi-Fi for streaming. Well-equipped gym. While our room had a balcony, it was far too small to be usable and only had one chair.
