"Lovely spacious room in lovely relaxed hotel. Extremely friendly and engaging staff. Only suggestion is that they could do with tea or coffee making facilities in the room."
"Immaculate public areas and reception. Staff were excellent, our ocean view room was even better than the photos suggested. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive and varied. Having a beach literally on your doorstep was a lovely bonus. Already preparing a return visit!"
"Really decent little hotel , highly recommend.. paid £55 for a Friday night and it's in a perfect position. We own 2 apartments in Puerto del Carmen and could not get into ours until Saturday but would deffo stay again as a night out in arrecife is brilliant. Lovely clean kitchen for a cuppa in the morning , plus free storage lockers if you need to leave your bags there for a bit . Yes it's a small room but who cares ."

"Had a great time here. Staff were fab, Hannah and Eva in particular were lovely! Food was very good and tonnes of choice (we were all inclusive). Very nice and secluded beach nearby that takes a little bravery to swim but worth it. The royal level felt much more intimate and way less kids than the main facilities."
"Lovely clean apartment on site bar and snack bar very reasonable prices. Arrived earlier than check in time and man on reception said he would come and find us when room was ready which he did and we checked in 2 hours early. Very clean modern room stayed before and since then it’s had a upgrade and would happily stay again and recommend these apartments "
"Best location in front of the beach. Select suite raccomended for ocean view and special treatment, especially the lounge and solarium with beverages and food can save for a light lunch at the pool. Really nice atmosphere."
