"Elevator from parking garage was out of order. Had to carry my suitcase up 8 flights of stairs to access the hotel lobby. Asked staff at checkin to comp the 5GBP parking charge but they said the car park was owned by the town and they couldn’t do anything about it. This is unacceptable. The staff should have provided vehicular access to the lobby for unloading which would have been possible under the circumstances."

"Lovely friendly place to stay ,staff were amazing and couldnt be more helpful.Only downfall was they did not do food ,we had a busy schedule and had to go out very early for breakfast ,no private parking but could park on street at side of property also no lifts so no good to people who are disabled"
"We paid £45 for a Sunday night & although the hotel is a little bit tired, for the price it was great! Clean, comfy bed & the staff are lovely. Didn’t book breakfast as we had to leave really early, but what we saw of it it looked great."
"The restaurant was lovely and the staff very friendly. The food was good value for money. We went to Wentworth Woodhouse Flower Show and it is a very easy walk. There is also a large garden centre very near. There was plently of parking at the property and the bedroom was huge. Very good place to stay."
