"The attitude of most of their staff is terrible. They lack apt customer service skills most of the time they barely greet you acknowledge you. They look irritated. They go straight to the points no acknowledgment no small talk. No customer service to make you feel welcome."

"The room was clean and spacious and all rooms seem very well positioned, facing the ocean and pool and garden all at once. The hot tub was a nice plus. In-site restaurant while looked great and well set up, all the food was bland in spite of its presentation. Location is ideal for walking to other restaurants and the casino is merely steps away as well as famous sunset bar and the beach for plane watching are right at your doorstep."

"I do not understand why this is rated a 4.9* hotel, it is good but definitely not luxury or upscale like I would consider with that rating. We were not wowed with this property as we have been with many other properties we have stayed. Location is good but I read that this is the only hotel "on the beach", I did not feel like it was either on the beach nor the only one in Orient Bay. "Our second time here in 9 years. We came right before Hurricane Irma before. The resort is even better now! The restaurant didn’t blow me away like it did last time but was still good. The lush landscaping and all the natural beauty on property made it feel like we were in a tropical forest, while being right next to the landing strip and getting to watch planes take off and land.
