"Found left over food on valance! People ran up and down the halls, dog was barking IN the hotel! Room abode us was up at 2am -4am banging! Staff ignored us!! "
"We had a great stay. The only issue is that the freeway is right next to the property and is quite noisy. You may want to ask the front desk for earplugs- hopefully you get the friendliest service you could ask for from Abby. She was incredible and did everything she could to ensure that we were comfortable. "

"We stayed here on a family trip to Lagoon. Lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had great options. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the staff was very kind and helpful."
