Lovely hotel with a great Spa. All the staff spoke very good English and were very friendly. Food was very good. Very happy and would stay there again.

The old time charm of this hotel really helped enhance the feeling that you are in a more rural part of Switzerland. It is a much more traditional type of hotel which feels more like a large guest house where people are invited to relax in the lounge or sit outside in the sun and admire the views. It is fairly close to the Interlaken West train station and main part of town. There are shops and restaurants nearby that make it easy to find somewhere to get a good meal.

I have stayed in many hotels all over the world but I have never experienced such warmth and hospitality as shown by Dani and Linda. Theyre hotel is so homely and full of character and the views are quite breathtaking. Had an fantastic holiday in Interlaken. The hotel was in a great location. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast was very filling! The room was very comfortable and clean and had a great view of The Jungfrau and surrounding mountains. Wish we’d stayed for longer.

We stayed at the Krebs hotel for 1 night in May23 & it was the best hotel (out of the 5 hotels) we stayed in Switzerland! Rooms: We booked for 2 single rooms & we were very pleased that we were upgraded to 2 double rooms. The rooms were spacious & one of them even have a balcony. Beautiful hotel, great service and a wonderful breakfast which was the highlight of the stay for us. The only issue was the outside area by the pool, they need to have someone continually there to clear up, this was one of the first impressions I had of the hotel, towels and used glasses everywhere. That said, this is a beautiful 5 star hotel with lots of extras and the price was worth this level of luxury.

The Aarburg is right on the riverside with extraordinary colours. The cafe is a vibrant goto within the city with gorgeous coffee and provides a great buffet breakfast. Our room was spacious with an adjoining room for the adult children. It has a lounge available with hot drinks for all guests. The staff were very friendly and it was our favourite stop as we travelled through Switzerland.

Excellent location, very friendly staff. Opened the seminar room for afternoon prayers even after check out time Breakfast had very limited options, perhaps could have been better. Enjoyed the stay.

A lovely hotel. Pleasant staff. The dining options were not great (one of the restaurants was closed when we were there) but there are many other options in Interlaken. The breakfast was superb. Pleasant staff who worked hard to make the stay easy.

Lovely apartment with wonderful views. We stayed for 5 nights and were very comfortable. Appreciated having the aircon as it was very warm some days. Great location, easy to walk along the river to the centre of Interlaken or to either train station. Would definitely recommend and would love to return some day. Will remember the view from the balcony for a long time!
