"Front desk staff was Amazing John in particular i dont remember the other gentlmans name when we checked in. The shuttle service the staff was amazing. The sports bar herbys and pineapple grill food was amaxing as well as service at both places.
We could not have been more pleased with this resort just outstanding and we would definitely be back.

Enrique the front desk manager was amazing. The place was so clean and staff so nice and helpful. We are already planning our next time to visit and sending the property link to all of our friends. "My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. David the dive master has been out on the reef longer than most have known about Roatan. He knows some really cool places to see."
"We loved the large balcony overlooking the beach and pool!! We could walk down the beach to go snorkeling or to restaurants and shops. The cabin was good, but we weren’t expecting fancy. The worst thing was the 18 steps up to the cabin!!!"
