"Clean but water didnt work for one day"

"We stayed for one night (with a toddler) and was a lovely stay. Good sized room, clean and friendly/helpful staff. Underground on site parking was good bonus, as was the proximity to the tram station to get into the city centre. "

"Room was okay, small and odd for long stay. Staff not friendly. Fire alarm went off in middle of night. Location was excellent next to train station, but rather noisy. "

"Tired hotel with no curtain in my room and far too hot although the radiator was switched off. The shower head would not hold up and the bed was very soft - ok for some people I know, but not me. There was no breakfast other than coffee and worst of all there is only a small time with any staff. That’s no help if you’re facing a keypad to get in. The telephone number to a sister hotel cuts off if you select the English option and if you take the German option they are not exactly helpful - I am still waiting for a call back that was promised in five minutes! "

"I was nice small hotel, at good location, breakfast was quality not quantity, especially egg was good. If there is chance to visit Augsburg, I will stay here. "

"We spent a weekend at the Dom Hotel for sightseeing, shopping and to visit the Augsburger Xmas market, only a 10 minute walk away. We received a very warm welcome on arrival, the room and bathroom room were both functional, spacious and very clean. There was an excellent German breakfast selection. We definitely would stay here again."
