"The owner Phil welcomed us on the first day. He was totally amazing. The lodge was lovely. We were originally booked into Willow but had to change to Briar as there was a flood in Willow before we arrived. Dee Dee ensured we still had use of the hot tub which was lovely. "The family room with a double bed and bunk beds for the children was a good size. The hotel even provided a Z bed free of charge for our 6`2" son in case he could not fit into the bunk bed.
The food, bar and location are all perfect.
The staff were so accomodating as we had a dog with us. Very dog freindly throughout.
