"Nice experience just that the fire alarm went off twice…"

"When I checked in the hotel the keys would not work, the desk person could not get anyone's keys to work so he had to come let eveeryone in their room one at a time and told us to go get new keys in the morning. So, once you were in your room you really could not leave if you were like me and did not have anyone travleing with you or you could not get back in. Also, the back door is drilled out where there may have been a lock issue, but it has a big hole in the door. Granted it still locks, but it was a little bit unerving. I checked with staff to have my daughter picked up at the airport at 6 am in the morning. She followed their directions by calling after she secured her luggage and then going to the hotel shuttle pickup area. they told her it would be about 10 min, she waited over an hour then they said 5 min. She continued to wait and I called by this time and told her I would get up and come get her. They still had not arrived nor called her to verify. She had been on a 38 hour flight and they are only 7 min from the airport. It should not have taken so long for them to not show up."

"We went to the pool Friday around 2:30 and it was very busy but there were two sitting areas that were empty from the time we arrived for over an hour. We sat on the concrete and asked if we could sit in one of them and they said they were reserved. We had one reserved for Saturday and it clearly states they will only hold it 15 minutes past your reservation. These were unoccupied for well over an hour so we left. How surprising you would give up money on two seating areas that we said we only wanted to have a couple drinks the four of us and would leave when the people showed up. Instead we sat on the edge of the freezing cold pool since couldn’t go in it. Barely anyone was in the pool."

"I asked for a credit because my father passed away. To be fair, the tix were nonrefundable, but the hotel still has the ability to grant the refund through expedia. I called a week in advance and was denied my refund. Would have much preferred to have stayed, but would also have hoped that Hilton would give a refund with these particular circumstances. Hard to find people that give a rip anymore."

"It’s good for what it is, but don’t expect anything better than 3 star. It’s old and dingy and beat-up and kitschy and it shows. Heck, it’s the middle of May and they still have their Christmas decorations up. But the staff was competent, the place was clean and smelled clean, the breakfast was serviceable, and honestly can’t beat the price for all of that in downtown Nashville. It’s mid, but that’s what you pay for."
