"I was staying at this hotel for 5 days. The property was clean and outside was well maintained. However of all the hotels I’ve been to, I’ve never experienced NOT having a mini fridge or microwave. So for me who has small kids this definitely would not be ideal.(my kids were not on this trip) This was a huge inconvenience. There menu options in my opinion wasn’t the best and pricy. They don’t warm up outside food. So for that reason alone I wouldn’t come back to this location. Not all holiday...

"Really cosy, quaint room a stone's throw from the station, and surprisingly quiet despite the World Cup going on across the road. Even though I arrived and left outside staff hours, checking in and out was smooth thanks to clear instructions emailed in advance and the good, old-fashioned room keys instead of cards. They even provided a fan to survive the last of the heatwave. Highly recommend!"

"Restauranten var MEGET skuffende - baren var nærmest udtømt ! Morgenmadsbuffeten ikke god - spurgte efter champignoner men de var løbet tør den forrige morgen ! Og cacaoen var ligeledes en mangelvare - i vores alle 3 overnatninger - automaten var løbet tør for cacao!! Helt igennem et hotel som var ved at nedlukke ! Havde vi vidst det var et andet hotel blevet valgt"

"The hotel is advertised with aircon, I called to have that confirmed which it was. On arrival the aircon had been broken for over a week, the lady on the desk simply didn’t care obnoxious and ignorant. We had to buy fans for the room and it basically ruined our night"

"It’s a nice hotel, I liked the decor and room was clean. I didn’t hear other guests apart from some occasional hall door slamming (but nothing too bad). However there was strange vibrating noise in my room that would go on and off every day, super annoying. Not sure what it was perhaps some ventilation installed on the roof or in the walls because in my room nothing made noise."

"Staff were all very super helpful and friendly. Claire made our stay very special, her kindness and attention to customer service was the best I have experienced in a very long time anywhere. A great place to stay for a short break, clean rooms, comfortable beds, unlimited breakfast. Good value for money, 15 min walk to bus services from road behind hotel to station and shopping centre. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was perfectly good in every way except for the noise that carried on throughout the evening and stopped me from sleeping well. We didn't have any rooms next to ours and it was a Monday night, so really not sure what was the cause but I'd never stay again because of that. The location was good-- across the street from the underground, staff perfectly nice, (though bar staff didn't know how to make a martini), room perfectly good but a hotel is for sleeping and I was woken up every hour...

"Bed was uncomfortable. Two single beds joined together with a thin double mattress put on top. There was a dip down the middle of the bed where there was a gap between the beds. It’s a real shame as the hotel was pleasant and very quiet."

"Excellent location as we were watching a show at the O2 arena. A piece of history in the middle of high rise buildings. It’s been lovingly restored and maintained with quirky design elements to it. They had great breakfast choices and had a relaxed atmosphere. I love these kinds of places. Just the relaxing weekend my husband needed."
